TOEFL MiniQuiz is a complimentary lead generation tool available exclusively for eligible institutions. Prospective visitors discover it on your institution's website, take a short TOEFL practice quiz, and their details appear directly as leads within TOEFL Access.
Pre-Requisites for TOEFL MiniQuiz
Before you can use the TOEFL MiniQuiz, you'll need two things:
Your institution must be enabled for MiniQuiz. To get started, contact help.toeflaccess@ets.org.
Your institution must have published the updated TOEFL 1–6 scale score requirements on your official website. If you haven't done this yet, see How to Set Score Requirements for the Updated TOEFL Scale (1–6).
Once both are confirmed, the TOEFL MiniQuiz will appear under Recruit in your left sidebar.
What can you do with TOEFL MiniQuiz?
Generate up to 10 unique embeddable links for your program offerings.
Download QR codes for each link to use in print or digital materials in school events.
View all leads generated from your links in near real time, including TOEFL score availability.
Important Note: TOEFL MiniQuiz leads are separate from applicants who send scores directly to your institution. A lead becomes an applicant in your main Applicants list only once they officially send their TOEFL scores to you.
