TOEFL MiniQuiz links are the connection between your institution and prospective applicants. Each link is unique to your institution and tracks leads individually, thus making it easy to see which campaigns or channels are driving interest.
You can create up to 10 links per institution.
Overview: Managing Links
To view your links, follow the steps below:
Select Recruit from the left side panel menu
Navigate to the Links tab.
To create a new link:
Click Add New Link button
Give your link a unique name. For example: School of Biotechnology.
Fill in the requisite institution type and department code and click Generate Link & QR Code.
Your unique link is created that redirects to the TOEFL MiniQuiz and needs to be embedded on your website. You can also copy the QR code as well.
Note: Link names are for your internal reference only and applicants will not be able to view them unless explicitly shared.
To copy a link:
Click on the Copy icon corresponding to the link that you want to share.
To download the QR code:
Click on the Download icon corresponding to the link that you want to download.
This will download the QR code which can be used in print materials, event stands, or digital banners.
To delete a link:
Click on the Delete icon corresponding to the link that you want to delete.
Important Note: Deleting a link does not permanently deactivate it. Instead, applicants who visit a deleted link will no longer appear in the TOEFL MiniQuiz leads tab.
