Every time a prospective applicant completes the MiniQuiz using one of your links and consents for their information to be shared, they will appear as a lead in TOEFL Access. The Leads tab gives you a clear view of who has shown interest in your institution, along with key details required to enable you to follow up.
Note: Leads appear only when an applicant has interacted successfully with the TOEFL MiniQuiz via one of your active links and consented to share their information with you.
To view your leads, you must have at-least one active link with app
Select Recruit from the left side panel menu.
Navigate to the Leads tab.
Understanding the Table
Each row represents one lead. The table shows the following information:
Full Name - the applicant's name as submitted in the quiz
Email - the applicant's email address
Country - the applicant's country of residence
Start Date - the date the applicant began the quiz at
You can also download the leads from the table in either Excel or CSV format.
